Privacy policy

Quiz answers. The countries you and your sponsor have lived in, relationship type, and the other questions the quiz asks — used only to build your document plan. Answers are held against an anonymous session until you save your plan or purchase.

Email address. Collected when you choose to save your plan, join the waitlist, or purchase. Used to link your plan to you, to sign you in, and — where you were told at the point of capture — to email you when Southern Visas opens. The updates checkbox is optional and never pre-ticked.

Purchase records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store a record of the purchase, not your card details.

No documents yet. Southern Visas does not currently store copies of your documents — status tracking is a label you set, not an upload.

Southern Visas uses cookieless product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the funnel performs — page views, quiz progress, and similar events. Analytics state is held in memory, not in tracking cookies. One functional cookie records the campaign source of your first visit (kept for 90 days). We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

Application data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). Payment processing (Stripe) and analytics (PostHog, US cloud) involve their own processing locations under their own privacy terms.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Deleting your account from the settings page removes your quiz answers, plan, statuses, and profile. Waitlist entries are removed on request.
